Solar System for Air Dome

Solar System for Air Dome is a green, creative solution that is deeply combined by the photovoltaic power generation technology and the air dome structure. This system uses an air dome structure as its core base, creates an enclosure space with a large span, without any pillars inside; establishes photovoltaic components at the surface of the air dome, and realizes the double function of structural usage and the generation of clean energy. This creative mode offers green, economical, highly effective space and energy solution in multiple fields, such as industry, energy, and civil usage, which have shown high application potential and wide development prospect.

In the industrial storage application, with its good leakproofness and quick installation, Air Dome Structure offers clean, controllable enclosure space for the industrial material storage and production. After being combined with the photovoltaic system, the Solar System for Air Dome can realize the double value of environmental enclosure and energy production simultaneously. Air Dome Structure can effectively prevent the leakage of dust, in order to improve the storage environment. Besides, the big dimension Air Dome’s surface provides ideal conditions to install photovoltaic components, makes sure that the storage space can satisfy the functional demands, meanwhile, makes the power output constant and stable, improves the self-supporting ability of the energy, and reduces the dependence on the exterior electric grid.

As the cover structure for the enterprise factory or other big storage facilities, for the Air Dome Structure itself, it has the advantages of light weight, low demands for the base, and short working period, which make it extremely suitable for the quick rebuild and upgrade of the existing area. Under the condition of occupying the same floor dimension, the enterprise can simultaneously gain the usable space and the generating capacity by organizing photovoltaic components at the air dome surface, which can not only reduce the electricity cost effectively, but also can respond the political demands of carbon discharge positively, helps the enterprise to realize the low-carbon transformation, and upgrades the integral social iamge and market competitiveness.

In the construction of sports and entertainment venues, Air Dome Structure is being widely applied in sports stadiums, ski resort and multifunctional sports spaces by its structural form of a big space, non-pilars or beams, and high flexibility. The good translucent performance of the air dome material makes the natural light fully enter the inside of the venue, which can effectively reduce the cost of the illumination. Meanwhile, the photovoltaic system, which is integrated at the top of the air-dome, can constantly provide clean electricity power for the used of ilumination, the running of air-conditioner and other devices, which can further reduce the operational cost, realizes the synergistic upgration of the benefits of both economic and environmental.

In the city environment, the problem of low utilization rate often exists in the roof space of shopping malls, schools, and public buildings. By installing light weight air dome structure on the roof and combining it with the photovoltaic system, it can quickly create usable enclosure space and realizes the constantly output of clean energy, without increasing the structural loading. This mode can effectively activate the unused urban space, avoid the waste of resources, and reduce the cost of traditional energy.

Highly combining the spatial value of the Air Dome Structure and the energetic value of the photovoltaic system is the core advantage of Solar System Structure. Compared with the traditional construction, this structure cost lower, possess the shorter construction period, and can observably reduce the cost of maintenance and operation in the future. Meanwhile, the matched intelligent surveillance system can monitor the air pressure, structural conditon and changing of the environment in real-time, ensuring that the Air Dome Structure can still operate safely and stably under difficult weather conditions, such as strong wind and heavy snow, and offers reliable insurance for long-term use.
