The construction of the Sports Dome is a high-precision, systematic project involving multiple links to ensure the stability of the structure and the completeness of its functions. During the construction process, Liri first conducted an on-site survey, focusing on foundation treatment and foundation pouring to lay a solid foundation for subsequent construction. Subsequently, intelligent core equipment such as fans and air conditioners were debugged and installed, while the configuration of the entrance and exit and access control systems ensured the convenience and safety of the venue.
The construction and commissioning of membrane structure venues follow strict procedures. Sports Dome uses prefabricated membrane materials, which are laid accurately according to design requirements. The overall stability of the structure is enhanced through a dedicated fixing system and cable net, and it is firmly connected to the ground. During the inflation process, the pressure needs to be gradually increased and the structural changes need to be monitored throughout the process to ensure safety. After the main structure is completed, auxiliary facilities such as lighting, ventilation, and air circulation systems are installed and debugged to meet the functional requirements of various sports scenes.
Sports Dome has the obvious advantages of rapid construction and comprehensive supporting services. From site design to construction and installation, the professional team provides “one-stop” services to avoid dust pollution in traditional construction. According to customer needs, a variety of customized options can be provided, including venue size, exterior design, and internal layout, to meet the needs of various sports scenarios such as basketball, tennis, and badminton.
In addition, LIRI provides comprehensive after-sales services, including regular cleaning, equipment testing and maintenance, etc., to ensure the durability and user experience of the venue. For large-scale events or long-term operation venues, professional maintenance teams can help customers manage and operate them more efficiently.
From design to emergency response, Sports Dome has built a complete closed-loop system. In addition to meeting daily use needs, it has also formulated detailed emergency plans to deal with extreme weather and emergencies. The intelligent monitoring system can provide real-time feedback on internal environmental data and initiate protective measures in a timely manner to ensure the safety of the venue structure.
As an outstanding representative of modern construction technology, Sports Dome not only excels in construction speed and functional configuration, but also becomes an ideal choice for modern sports venue construction with its flexibility and diversified customization capabilities. A deep understanding of its construction process and advantages can help users fully tap the potential of this innovative structure and inject more vitality and possibilities into sports spaces.
